Orthopedic Nea Alikarnassos, Spyrantis Manolis accepts daily by appointment. Fully aware of his responsibility towards the patient, he undertakes every easy or difficult incident.
Biography
I was born in 1982 in Kutaisi (ancient Colchis), Georgia and grew up in Nea Alikarnassos where I completed primary and secondary education. In 2008 I graduated with honors from the School of Medicine of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and in 2022 I became the holder of the Postgraduate Diploma of Studies of the School of Medicine of the University of Crete with the title “Surgical Sciences” (MSc. In Surgical Sciences) majoring in “Orthopaedics”. I served as a medic in the land army in Samos and the 1st MAL of Chania and was dismissed in 2009 from SEAP. I completed the field service at the KY Moira (2009,2020). In 2010-11 I served as a General Surgery resident at the General Hospital of Chania “St. George”, as part of my specialization in Orthopaedics. In 2011 I started the specialty of Orthopedics at the Venizelio General Hospital of Heraklion and until 2015 I participated in numerous trauma, sports injuries and arthroplasty surgeries. I continued my specialization in the Department of Microsurgery at KAT, where I was trained in diseases and minor surgeries of the upper limb, and at the General Children’s Hospital of Athens “P.&A. Kyriakou” where until 2016 I trained for one year in Children’s orthopedics. I received the title of Orthopedics – Traumatology in 2017 from the Athens Civil Registry. I worked as Assistant Curator B’, for 2 years at the Venizelio General Hospital of Heraklion (2017-19) and for 1 year at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (2020-21), where I dealt with arthroscopic surgery, reconstructive surgery of large joints and treatment trauma. From January 2022 I run an Orthopedic Clinic in Nea Alikarnassos, at 122-124 Herodotou Street. I speak fluent Russian and English.
