Insomnia-causes and treatments
Insomnia is a condition in which a person has difficulty sleeping or maintaining sleep. It is estimated that 30% of the general population has insomnia and 10% have symptoms during the day. Chronic insomnia is due to many causes, such as: changes in the environment, changes in working hours, diseases and medications.

Establish a regular sleep schedule.
Go to bed, without procrastination, when you are drowsy.
Do not deal with other issues while lying down.
Do not consume heavy and rich dinners.
Limit alcoholic and caffeinated beverages, especially at night
Do not sleep at noon or even if the nap does not last more than 30΄.
Exercise regularly but finish the exercise at least 3 hours before bedtime.
